第一個的b應該是as a result of 吧？應為後面是名詞片語，所以必須有介詞of連線
選c因為of是介詞，後面只能跟名詞或動名詞doing，而且a，b的句式應該是how important it was to learn english，所以不能選

as a result 表示結果是，.at a result表示因為選ca,b不可能，how 表示怎樣，不適合dof 後面加名詞
所以只能選c

第一個，我覺得這個at是在的意思，受傷在一個什麼樣的後果。第二個我選c，什麼的重要性。importance是賓語，你不覺得句子少個賓語成分麼？其它選擇都不是賓語啊！
